This private condo is on the second floor of the south side of the building ...about 30 steps along the pathway leads to the gem of south Maui, Keawakapu Beach!
Keawakapu Beach, located on the south shore of Maui, Hawaii, is known for its stunning natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere. This picturesque beach is a favorite spot for locals and return visitors and features soft golden sand, clear waters, and lush greenery surrounding the area. It's a great spot for families to swim, snorkel, and sunbathe, and watch the sun set at the end of the day.
This condo is located along South Maui's gem, Keawakapu Beach. Architectural features include arched passageways, cork floors, bamboo cabinets, and a kitchen island capped with an exquisite monkeypod slab. Also featured are two uniquely tiled bathrooms, one with tub, other with walk in shower. This breathtaking condo accommodates up to 4 people with a king bed in each of two comfortable bedrooms. At this beachfront property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.
Hale Hui Kai is a beloved location among first time visitors and repeat guests. There is a small shared oceanfront pool next to the common area covered lanai, which is equipped with comfortable lounge space for guests to enjoy when you need a break from the Maui sun.
Bello Realty, Inc. has been managing vacation rentals on Maui since the 1980's and is the premier on site management office at Hale Hui Kai. Our staff is available to assist you during your visit with any questions you may have as well as local recommendations and booking a return visit!

For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. This unit was very dark. The numerous lights were dim and difficult to find the switch that corresponded. Paint colors were very dark. great kitchen and lanai location. Fine for two people or a close family. Master bed pillows were practically touching the neighbors entrance was far enough front to have a pretty good view of the beach. We have stayed in several different units and do know the down side of the condo ( parking, laundry, neighbor house, noise). All in all the location o the beach is great.

This unit is beautiful but has no A/C there were some things that were vary dirty like the only fan that was pervided had to have housekeeping come back to clean. There were lots of bugs and hundreds of ants we had to by ant traps. We really enjoyed Jason bringing donuts and coffee on Wed.
We love the property but would not stay in this unit again

Aloha Lisa, we are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the rental at Hale Hui Kai. Condos without AC can be prone to more dust and ants/small bugs since the unit is cooled by having all windows and doors open to allow the full effect of our Maui tradewinds. We were able to send cleaners in to do another dusting of the unit, including the fans. We do hope to welcome you back to Maui in the future since you were a delightful guest to have at Hale Hui Kai, and I think a future reservation would be best served with a unit that does have AC.

This is our 3rd time staying on the property. We love the location and the friendly atmosphere. This stay was significantly different because of the loud neighbors coming and going from 5:30am to 1am at night - it was very hard to sleep and it was louder than I ever recall it being. I think we would definitely choose an AC unit next time so that we can leave the window shutters closed to keep the noise level down. It was really a drag. Also the beds and pillows in this unit were very very uncomfortable.

In the future, please let us and the on site manager know so that we can pursue the "Quiet Hours" on property with other guests. Although this is the first we have heard a complaint about the beds/pillows we will be sure to pass along your feedback to the owners to think about a replacement soon. MAHALO!

Located in a very nice area. Apartment is not perfectly clean, little details like picture frames are very dusty.
The decoration of the place is so outdated. Does not feel fresh nor new.

Our 3rd 2-week stay in unit 210. Great location, perfectly furnished, comfortable beds and well serviced. We'd like to always stay here. Expensive? Yes, but we want a deluxe vacation occasionally and this is that.

Some of the art has naked breasts, not necessarily appropriate for children. Otherwise love this place, love the view from the balcony, and quality of furniture was excellent.
