This private oceanfront condo is on the third floor of the building ...about 20 steps along the pathway leads to the gem of south Maui, Keawakapu Beach!
Keawakapu Beach, located on the south shore of Maui, Hawaii, is known for its stunning natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere. This picturesque beach is a favorite spot for locals and return visitors and features soft golden sand, clear waters, and lush greenery surrounding the area. It's a great spot for families to swim, snorkel, and sunbathe, and watch the sun set at the end of the day.
The best views available at Hale Hui Kai and a spacious lanai offer unforgettable views! Open concept floor plan has a living room with a murphy bed for relaxing during the day listening to the waves roll in. The kitchen is well equipped so you can cook a meal and still watch the ocean waves.
The bedroom has a king bed and the master bathroom en suite has tub/shower combo. The hall/ guest bathroom has walk in shower. Repeat guests love this relaxing combo!
Bello Realty, Inc. has been managing vacation rentals on Maui since the 1980's and is the premier on site management office at Hale Hui Kai. Our staff is available to assist you during your visit with any questions you may have as well as local recommendations and booking a return visit!
DAMAGE PROTECTION:
For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout. W00944316-01

We have vacationed at HHK for many years and now our family and friends have made it their special place. The unit was great!...clean with lots of extras to make you feel more at home! Jason was very helpful with a small issue we had! The main areas are looking a little weary; especially after heavy rains! Hoping the beach returns soon!

We arrived on the 20 of December to glorious sunshine and a freshly cleaned unit. The view of course is beautiful probably the best in the complex. I’m thinking that’s why it’s so expensive.
The unit is tired and does need updating. The curtains were a challenge. We decided to just leave them open and not fight with them. Cupboards too full of extra kitchen things. Too many mugs, fancy dishes, pots and pans could be replaced with newer set. A good sorting of all the cupboards would make room for bought groceries. Linens were good, pillows weary more selection would be nice! . Very prompt response from office staff.
Definitely recommend to friends.

The toaster did not work, a plate was cracked and broke during our stay. There is no a/c. But we keep coming back year after year because the views are fantastic and the beach is wonderful. The rental agency was very good and responsive to our requests and questions. We have recommended this place to our friends and relatives.

Unit is very clean, amazing location and view however the beach umbrella and one of the chairs was broken. I feel like those things should be checked as each guest leaves. I would suggest for this long of stay offering additional toilet paper and paper towels. Also offering a few baggies or wrap for leftover food.
The location is great. The unit needs to be updated. Would recommend for the location. I would recommend with the caveat that the property needs updating. Flooring yucky.
