This private oceanfront condo is on third floor of the building ... just a few steps along the pathway leads to the gem of south Maui, Keawakapu Beach!
Keawakapu Beach, located on the south shore of Maui, Hawaii, is known for its stunning natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere. This picturesque beach is a favorite spot for locals and return visitors and features soft golden sand, clear waters, and lush greenery surrounding the area. It's a great spot for families to swim, snorkel, and sunbathe, and watch the sun set at the end of the day.
The kitchen has been configured to allow ample space for food prep, and a breakfast bar to enjoy meals. There is both indoor dining and outdoor dining space. Enjoy full ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms. This fully renovated beach style condo has beautiful family antiques and history throughout the condo.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, glass doors overlooking the beach, a split AC unit, and large en suite. The guest bedroom has two twins bed, large closets, and a split AC unit as well as a sliding door overlooking the beach.
At this beachfront property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.
Hale Hui Kai is a beloved location among first time visitors and repeat guests. There is a small shared oceanfront pool next to the common area covered lanai, which is equipped with comfortable lounge space for guests to enjoy when you need a break from the Maui sun. On each floor of the property, is a pay-to-use laundry room each with two washers and two dryers.
Bello Realty, Inc. has been managing vacation rentals on Maui since the 1980's and is the premier on site management office at Hale Hui Kai. Our staff is available to assist you during your visit with any questions you may have as well as local recommendations and booking a return visit!
DAMAGE PROTECTION:
For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout. W06343901-01

Amazing stay! amazing view! Could not have asked for better! The complex is on our favorite beach in Maui and the apartment we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and perfect. The kitchen was so amazingly equipped for cooking. We literally had everything we could’ve needed.

Honestly the building and units are in need of updates, but the view (ocean front rooms) and location can’t be beat. Overall my family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Hale Hui Kai and felt comfortable in condo 311. I found it difficult to leave the lanai because the view was fantastic.

We love this condo and hope to return many times in the future.
A few suggestions:
The rugs need to be cleaned, especially the one in front of the couch.
The drain in the hall bath is partially clogged.
The beach umbrellas are greatly appreciated but this year's umbrellas were flimsy and unable to withstand any wind.

Loved this place. Had everything we needed. And AC in living room would have been good on a few occasions but over all it's awesome. Even in a storm it was great! Feels like the community of people who use this place all really enjoy it and take care of it. Everyone pitched in right after the storm to clear our area of the beach enough so we could all come and go quite easily. Loved that! The condo itself is fully equipt.

Beautiful scenery, scent of flowers in the air, ocean breeze caressing your skin, walks along a gorgeous beach, splashing in the waves, exploring the island, and all with every convenience at your fingertips.
Amazing condo and spectacular views!
Spent half of our time on the spacious balcony enjoying the ocean views and incredible sunsets!
